I’m Emiley Rios, co-founder of Rios & Co. with eXp Realty, and I help families across Spokane and North Idaho buy, sell and move into the next chapter of their lives.

Since 2020, my husband Zech and I have helped more than 170 families buy, sell, relocate and invest. Our team consistently ranks in the top 1% of REALTORS® locally and at eXp Realty.

My focus is helping moms and families through transitions. That might be upsizing into a bigger home as a family grows, or downsizing into the right fit for retirement. Before real estate, I worked in senior living, and that experience shapes how I work today. I understand that a move is rarely just about the house. It’s about timing, family, emotions and making sure everyone lands somewhere that feels right. I bring patience, organization and compassion to clients who are making some of the biggest decisions of their lives.

I also work with first-time homebuyers, relocating families and investors. My clients come from throughout Spokane, Spokane Valley, South Hill, Liberty Lake, Mead, Colbert, Deer Park, Post Falls and Coeur d’Alene.

Together, Zech and I have earned Rookie of the Year (2021) and eXp ICON Agent (2024, 2025 and 2026), been featured in Spokane Real Producers magazine, and received more than 100 verified five-star Google reviews.
