Real estate has been much more than a career for me. It has become a way of life.

I'm Mike, a REALTOR® serving Spokane and the surrounding area. I've been licensed since 2018, and my background is rooted in construction, renovation and real estate investing.

Together with my wife, Kendayle, I've completed roughly 70 flips and renovation projects through our own investment business. I've been hands-on with everything from evaluating a property's condition and estimating repair costs to managing renovations and preparing homes for the market. I've seen the good, the bad, the unexpected, and plenty of projects that taught a few expensive lessons along the way.

That experience shapes how I approach every property. I look past the paint and finishes to the things that matter: the structure, the systems, the true cost of repairs and the potential a home has. Combined with Kendayle's background in design and guiding clients through the buying and selling process, it means we look at the whole picture: condition, potential, numbers, marketability and, most importantly, what makes sense for your goals.

Whether you're buying your first home, selling a property that needs work, looking for your next investment, deciding whether to renovate before selling, or simply trying to figure out your options, I'm here to help you make an informed plan.

I don't believe there is one right real estate strategy for everyone. Sometimes the right answer is to buy. Sometimes it's to sell. Sometimes it's to renovate. Sometimes it's to hold. My job is to help you understand your options and find the path that makes sense for you.

But real estate is only part of my story. Kendayle and I are raising two boys, which means life is usually a mix of real estate, baseball games and busy schedules. When I'm not working, you'll most likely find me at the lake, at the ballpark, or spending time with family. I've always believed that building a business should ultimately give you more time with the people and experiences that matter most.

I'm proud to be part of Rios & Co. and excited to keep building my business while helping my clients build something of their own. At the end of the day, real estate is about much more than houses. It's about opportunity, equity, family and the next chapter.
