Real estate has been much more than a career for us—it is a way of life.

We’re Kendayle and Mike, a husband-and-wife real estate team serving Spokane and the surrounding area. We have been licensed Realtors since 2018, and together we've built years of experience in residential real estate, investing, construction and renovation.

We've completed roughly 70 flips and renovation projects through our own investment business, giving us firsthand experience with everything from finding the right property and analyzing the numbers to managing renovations and preparing a home for the market. We've seen the good, the bad, the unexpected and plenty of projects that taught us a few expensive lessons along the way.

That experience allows us to look at real estate from more than one perspective. Mike brings a strong construction and renovation background, while Kendayle brings her experience in real estate, design and helping clients navigate the buying and selling process. Together, we look at the whole picture—condition, potential, numbers, marketability and, most importantly, what makes sense for your goals.

But real estate is only part of our story.

We're also a husband and wife raising two boys, which means life is usually a mix of real estate, baseball games, busy schedules and trying to soak up as many family moments as we can. When we're not working, you'll most likely find us at the lake, watching baseball, spending time with family or enjoying a little downtime together.

We've always believed that working hard and building a business should ultimately give you more time and opportunities to enjoy the people and experiences that matter most.
